Clear fees,
agreed in writing, before any commitment.

You should never discover the cost of your defence along the way. At the firm, every case starts with a precise quote, then a signed fee agreement: you know what you are paying, for which services, and on what terms.

Principles

How fees are set

The billing method depends on the nature of your case. It is chosen with you, explained, then formalised.

01
A quote before any commitment
At the first appointment, the firm assesses your case and gives you a precise quote. Nothing is undertaken without your agreement.
02
A written fee agreement
Mandatory and protective: it sets the amount or calculation method of the fees, the services covered and the payment terms. You keep a copy.
03
A flat fee, most of the time
For most procedures — appeals, permit applications, naturalisation — an overall amount is set from the outset. No running meter, no surprises.
04
Hourly billing, when the case requires it
For cases whose scale cannot be known in advance, detailed and transparent hourly billing, with a statement of work performed.
05
A success fee, sometimes
An additional component linked to the success of the case may be agreed. It is always set out in writing, never improvised.
Depending on your situation

What each service covers

The exact amount depends on the complexity of your case: it is specified at the first appointment, then written into the fee agreement.

Fixed rate
Initial consultation

Flat fee
Residence permit
First application, renewal or regularisation: building the file, checking the documents, follow-up with the prefecture until the decision.
Flat fee
Naturalisation
Checking the conditions, preparing the file and the interview, following up the application, appeal in case of postponement or refusal.
Flat fee
Visa or residence refusal
Informal, hierarchical or court appeal against the refusal decision, before the competent commission or court.

Work, talents & investors

A precise quote is given at the first appointment, before any commitment. No work is undertaken without your written agreement.

Access to justice

Legal aid & payment facilities

Cost should not prevent you from defending your rights. Two schemes can lighten your burden — mention them from the first contact.

Legal aid
Subject to means testing, the State can cover all or part of the fees. The firm examines your eligibility with you and helps you put the application together.
Payment by instalments
Depending on your situation, payment facilities can be agreed. They are then set out, like everything else, in the fee agreement.
