What are the firm’s opening hours?
The firm receives Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, by appointment. Appointments can be booked by phone, through the contact form or directly online.
Does the firm accept legal aid?
Yes. Legal aid is granted subject to means conditions: your eligibility is examined at the first meeting, and the firm assists you in putting the application together.
Which languages are spoken at the firm?
Meetings and written correspondence are held in French, English and Arabic.
I have received an OQTF: how long do I have to act?
The time limit depends on your situation, not on the type of decision: 48 hours if you are in detention, seven days under house arrest, one month otherwise. Contact the firm as soon as the decision is served, with it to hand.
How does a first meeting work?
It lasts about an hour. You set out your situation, your documents are examined, and you leave with an analysis of the available options, their time limits and their cost. Fees are set at that point and recorded in a written agreement.
